The cement then is transported from the silo using a screw conveyor and automatically weighed at the mixer

Once the mixer has completed its cycle the concrete will be conveyed to the fully automatic block machine system

Concrete block making system:

• The concrete is pushed into place by a feeder box and spread evenly into the bottom mold
• The top mold is then inserted into the bottom mold and then use synchronized table vibration from both molds to compact the concrete into the desired block

Finished product handling:

• Pallets of fresh blocks are cleaned and loaded into the automatic stacker
• The stacked blocks are transported by folklift to be cured depending on a number of factors
